All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Some other orders depending on complexity and crafting make take up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed during holidays or promotional periods may require additional processing time.

We offer only domestic shipping through the United States Postal Service .

We are not responsible for delays once the package has left our facility, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.
📦 Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

Include your order number and a description of the issue.
For damaged items, please attach a photo of the product and packaging.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund where appropriate.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for:

Additional charges due to re-routing or reshipping
