Thank you for supporting our small business! Each of our haircare and skincare products is carefully handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, including a special selection of herbs grown and harvested from our own garden.

Because of the nature of our products and our commitment to freshness and hygiene, we have the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

We accept refund or exchange requests only under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Incorrect Item Sent: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days so we can correct the issue.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal and perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items that have been opened or used

Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Custom or made-to-order items

Any product returned without prior communication and approval

Shelf Life & Storage

Our products have a shelf life of 2 years from the production date when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Since we use natural preservatives and garden-harvested herbs, slight variations in scent, texture, or color may occur — these do not indicate spoilage and are not grounds for a refund.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or exchange, please email us at mrsjacksbodyfood@hotmail.com with the following:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item (if applicable)

A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide instructions for next steps.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
