Our products have a shelf life of 2 years from the production date when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Since we use natural preservatives and garden-harvested herbs, slight variations in scent, texture, or color may occur — these do not indicate spoilage and are not grounds for a refund.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Allow 3-5 business days for shipping. The majority of our products are small batch made fresh to order. 

We do not ship international and only ground via USPS. 

Some other orders depending on complexity and crafting make take up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed during holidays or promotional periods may require additional processing time.
