Title: Herbal Tea for Easier Breathing: A Gentle Wellness Routine with Lung Tea
It seems for some of us allergy season is constant especially depending on the climate and what part of the country you reside. And because of this I want to talk about one of my products that has been very helpful with my previous battles of bronchitis and pleurisy. But first let's read the important note below!

Important note (please read)
This article is for general wellness and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Herbal products aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you’re pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medications, or have allergies, talk with a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal products. If you have trouble breathing, chest pain, severe symptoms, or symptoms that worsen, seek medical care right away.
In the Lung tea one of my favorite herbs is Mullein (Verbascum Thapsus) The history of this particular herb with the respiratory system is marvelous. And that's why I make sure it's the main ingredient in our lung tea.
A simple, comforting tea ritual for breathing support
When the air feels heavy or your throat feels irritated, a warm cup of tea can be a comforting part of your self-care routine. Many people enjoy herbal tea as a gentle way to support overall wellness—especially during seasonal changes or when they want extra comfort.
At GET Wholistic, Breathe Rite Lung Tea is crafted to be a soothing, easy-to-use ritual you can return to regularly.
What “respiratory support” can mean (in a non-medical way)
In everyday wellness language, “respiratory support” often refers to comfort-focused habits that may help you feel more at ease, such as:
staying hydrated
enjoying warm beverages
supporting a calm breathing routine
soothing the throat with warm liquids
Herbal tea can fit nicely into these habits because it’s simple, warm, and easy to make part of your day.
How to use Breathe Rite Lung Tea
Here are a few gentle ways to build a consistent routine:
1) Brew and steep
Prepare your tea according to the directions on the package. Allow enough steep time so the herbs fully infuse.
2) Sip slowly
Try sipping slowly and mindfully. Some people pair tea time with a few minutes of calm breathing or quiet rest.
3) Keep it consistent
Wellness routines work best when they’re consistent. Consider enjoying your tea:
in the evening as part of a wind-down routine, or
a few times per week during seasonal shifts
4) Pair with supportive habits
You can also pair teatime with simple comfort habits like:
warm showers or steam
rest and hydration
avoiding irritants (like smoke or strong fragrances)
When you might reach for a comforting tea ritual
People often enjoy warm herbal tea when they want extra comfort during:
seasonal changes
dry indoor air
travel recovery
bedtime routines
