You can make a floral infusion with jasmine buds by letting them sit in distilled or spring water over night or boil jasmine in water adding your favorite sweetener for a tea.
Jasmine buds are used in cosmetics but also has been used for weight loss, and to promote sleep. Jasmine has a calming effect when drunk as a tea.
