Elecampane (Inula helenium) is a beautiful flower much similar to sunflowers and ragweed. It’s no wonder because Elecampane is from the same family of these annual flowers. It is said its medicinal benefits are many such as helps with respiratory issues, great for intestinal parasites and worms, helps stabilizes blood sugar, stress relief, and also helps with skin issues.
