Garden of Eve Floral Loose-leaf tea is a delightful blend of garden blooms, buds, and flowers made into a delicious tea. It’s known that flowers also have a cooling, calming, and healing effect on the body.

Directions: Pour 1 cup hot water over 1 tsp of herbs allowing to steep for 3-5 minutes.  Drink twice daily before and after meals.
