YONI STEAM HERBS
Directions to having an excellent Yoni Steam
Use 1 cup of herbs and mix well with 2 quarts of spring, Purified or Distilled water.
Let herbs sit overnight. (Optional you can add a pinch of Himalayan or Black Salt to herb mixture)
The next morning, bring to a boil and cut down to a simmer for ten minutes. Then let rest, off the heat, for another 20 minutes. Pour the contents in a heavy bowl and place it in your toilet. Grab a few blankets to wrap around you and undress. Carefully sit on the toilet, wrap up in a blanket and rest for 20 minutes with the vaginal steam. The v-steam supposedly dilates the blood vessels, increasing blood circulation, providing oxygen, and relaxing the pelvic floor.
When to steam
For preventative care – 1 week before the 1st day of bleeding.
For cysts, prolapsed, pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis– 2 – 4 x a week
After a DNC or miscarriage – wait 3 weeks; make sure there is no infection prior to steaming.
Post-delivery, wait 6-8 weeks, making sure you are not bleeding and there is no infection
