Directions: For a relaxing bath use 3tbs to 1/2 cup of bath salts to a prepared warm bath. For ta stress and sore muscles use at least 1 cup to ebb away the remains of a hectic day or great workout at the gym. Drink at least 8 oz. of water to replenish moisture
