Do not use at bedtime due to Hyssop and Juniper Berry are stimulates is one of the ingredients and it acts like a stimulant . May keep you awake

🌱Organic Lavender known for its anti fungal , antimicrobial , aesthetic , antibacterial , antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties is an excellent essential oil to help de stress and relax nerve endings

🌶Organic Black Pepper properties are known as an antispasmodic , anti rheumatic , anti arthritic, antibacterial , and antioxidants

🌲Organic Juniper Berries provides pain relief and antispasmodic . It helps to reduce muscle spasms , muscle joints, aches and pain
